The item was exactly as expected. I accidentally selected the incorrect colour and processed the order before I realized. I emailed right away and within minutes I had a reply and confirmation that they were able to switch the colour. Amazing customer service!! Job well done!!!

The Yoto Adventure Jacket was sold out every where! Before I lost the hope of gifting it for Christmas, I saw that it was available at The Montessori Room in the exact colour I was looking for. The staff offered me a warm welcome, prompt service and my purchased item was bagged and ready for pick up. The whole process took less than a few minutes. Of course we stayed to shop since the kids loved the variety of toys available. I will be shopping there again.
