For over five decades, Ostheimer Wooden Toys have been hand crafted in Germany. They believe in responsible manufacturing and the use of natural materials in their toys to enhance the sensory experience in a child's play.

Each toy is produced exclusively from high quality native hardwood, maple and elm. This use of local lumber means a lower carbon footprint and more responsible manufacturing process. 

Like many Waldorf materials, their designs are purposely kept to a minimum so that each child can create their own imaginative world.
