Shipping for all orders in any other province outside of Ontario is $16.95 flat rate

Our Classroom Furniture Collection is not included in the this free shipping offer. For the Classroom Furniture Collection, there is free shipping on orders over $1000 (before taxes). For orders below $1000, the shipping cost will be approximately 10% of your order total.
Please note that some very remote and rural areas may be charged an additional shipping fee. We will contact you before shipping to confirm that you would still like to proceed with your order and are ok to cover the additional charges.
We do everything we can to avoid these additional shipping fees but the cost is so expensive to ship to certain areas in Canada that we would lose money by shipping orders without an additional fee.
Also note that we can ship to Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, or the Yukon Territory, but we can't offer free shipping due to the higher cost of shipping to those locations. If you would like to ship an item to these regions, email us at contact@themontessoriroom.com for a shipping quote.
We're sorry but we cannot currently ship outside of Canada. We are hoping to be able ship to the US and possibly to other countries in 2024.
Order Processing
Almost all orders are processed within 2 business days. During times when we have very high order volumes, like the week of Black Friday, orders may take an extra day or two to process. We do our very best to get order out quickly!

*Please note that delivery dates are based on delivery to urban centres and normal delivery conditions. If you live in a rural/remote area, delivery may take longer.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be impacted by causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to, weather, epidemics, labour disruptions, equipment failures or unanticipated surges in volume.
We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If you need to return your order after it has already shipped, you will need to wait until the item arrives at your shipping address and the pay to ship the item back.
If a package is refused or is unable to be delivered and is returned by the shipper, the customer is liable for all round-trip shipping and handling fees incurred, and some restocking fees may apply.
Delays out of our control are also not eligible for cancellations, refusal, and refunds.
All orders over $300 will be shipped with "Signature Required on Delivery" to ensure they are not at risk of porch theft.
Please note that if an order is reported lost or stolen, we will work with you to locate the package. We cannot offer a refund under any circumstances for lost or stole packages. We can offer a replacement if they courier has completed an investigation and determined the package is lost.
