Shipping Times and Estimated Delivery
We use a variety of couriers depending on the size of the package in order to keep shipping affordable and allow us to offer free shipping over $149*.
Please allow for 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order.
*Please also note that some remote and rural areas, as well as oversized packages, may be charged an additional shipping fee. We will contact you before shipping to confirm that you would still like to proceed with your order and are ok to cover the additional charges.
We do everything we can to avoid these additional shipping fees but the cost is so expensive to ship to certain areas in Canada that we would lose money by shipping orders without an additional fee.
Same Day Delivery
Same day delivery is only available to the postal codes listed here. If your postal code does not start with one of the 3 characters on this page, you will only be given the option to check out with standard courier delivery.
Please note that same day delivery is only available from Monday to Friday and is not guaranteed. All same-day delivery orders must be placed by 1pm to receive your order by 8pm that day.

Current shipping times:
- 2-4 business days for local mail (GTA)
- 2-5 business days within the province (Ontario)
- 5-10 business days for national mail (anywhere in Canada outside of Ontario)
Canada Post
Current shipping times:
- 1-4 business days for local mail (GTA)
- 3-5 business days within the province (Ontario)
- 6-10 business days for national mail (anywhere in Canada outside of Ontario)
These time frames are not guaranteed.
At this time, we cannot ship orders outside of Canada. Our insurance will not allow it. You must have a Canadian shipping address to place an order.
