This is a Montessori material used to develop hand-eye coordination and teach a child the concept of object permanence - the understanding that objects continue to exist even when they cannot be seen, heard, or otherwise sensed.
This material builds a young child's confidence as they master the ability to drop the ball into the hole. The sound of the ball dropping is a point of interest and this drives them to repeat the activity over and over again.
Comes with 2 balls - one wooden and one rubber.
Recommended Age: Once the child can sit well without support.
Safety rated for 6 months +
Product Size: 28 x 12 x 10 cm.
Includes 2 balls, each with a diameter of ~2"

I’ve seen this box everywhere, often costing $70 or $80! This is a super reasonable price and the quality is not lacking. My 8 month is very intrigued by it and loves holding the balls.
