This is a double sided mirror that can safely be placed in the crib or propped up next to baby on the ground. 

A mirror is one of the best things you can add to a baby's play space.  Mirrors are an incredible tool for developing the visual sense, fine motor skills and gross motor skills.  They allow an infant to see themselves and the things going on around them.  Being able to explore their own reflection helps to develop self-awareness, an important component of social-emotional learning.
