NEW Visual Recipe: Make Ice Cream in a Bag

Katie, our Infant-Toddler Montessori Teacher, has created a NEW visual recipe, Ice Cream in a Bag.

This is a perfect activity for hot summer days!

This recipe is simple enough for young children to help make and offers plenty of hands-on learning as children:

• measure
• pour
• shake
• watch the ingredients transform into homemade ice cream

Here's what you need:

1. Ziploc bags
2. Ice
3. Salt
4. Half and half
5. Sugar
6. Vanilla

It’s really that simple! Plus, this recipe makes the perfect little portion for children to enjoy.
