Small Bead Frame

The Small Bead Frame forms the bridge to abstraction for the decimal system exercises of addition and subtraction. Wooden frame consisting of 4 horizontal threads, each with 10 beads in the appropriate hierarchical colour. A white and grey stripe is printed on the left side of the frame, indicating the families of the numbers.

This is an educational material and it is recommended that it only to be used under the supervision of an adult familiar with the Montessori method of teaching and learning.

Beads are made of nylon.
