Spin the Drum by Beleduc

Spin the Drum has so many developmental benefits!

It helps to develop gross motor skills, including sitting up with (and eventually without) support, balance and coordination.  

It stimulates hand-eye coordination and helps the child exercise the muscles in their wrists and arms.

It introduces the concept of cause and effect.  By rotating it, the drum produces sound and stimulates the auditory sense.  There is a small ball sealed inside the drum.
