The Fine Motor Hedgehog is a fun way to help children develop fine motor skills and hand strength through placing the peg-shaped “quills” into the holes on the hedgehog’s back.

You can also use the quills to practice counting, sorting, and colour identification skills. 

Older children can also work on patterning skills and sequences by alternating colours of the quills. 

The quills can easily be stored inside the hedgehog’s body once the work is complete.
